What happens next?
Our customer service team may call you from 1-888-400-5945 to confirm the details of your order. The selected licensed Doctor or Nurse Practitioner will then review your medical history, and will reach out to you via email or phone from (480) 707-4571 with any questions.
Within 24 hours after your visit, we will notify you of the licenses doctor or nurse practitioner's evaluation of your order. If your order is approved, you will receive a follow-up message from PearConnect and Truepill pharmacy about paying for and activating your digital prescription.
After that, you'll receive an access code to download the Somryst app from the App Store or Google Play. From there, you'll enter the access code into the app, create a log-in and password, and start the program.
